Under the laws of all states in this country, a judgment creditor is precluded by statute from levying upon retirement and pension accounts of a judgment debtor. As such, any lien that a judgment creditor places on a judgment debtor's pension account is invalid and is subject to a motion to have it deemed invalidated by the judgment debtor.
