Absolutely but it depends on if these were the same charges or different ones arising out of the officer's giving you the warning. You need to seek legal criminal defense counsel to sort through this. If the officer gave you a warning, it would most likely be recorded if he or she had a dash cam, so make sure your lawyer subpoenas for that information.
