There is no prohibition regarding a convicted felon from inheriting property, unless the felon was conicted of killing the person from whom they were supposed to inherit. The only other probate related restriction is that, as a general rule, such a person cannot serve as an executor (if there is a Will) or personal representaive (if there is no Will).
