Can health insurance be taken away for falling below 130 one month?
I am employed 27.5 hours one week and
then 37.5 hours the next for a total of
130 hours per month. If I miss any time
for illness or personal time one month
can my employerror take my health
coverage away.

If that is your employer's policy in this regard, then yes, they can. Employers determine the criteria for receiving employer-provide health insurance; if employees don't meet those employer-determined rules or criteria, they would ineligible for health insurance and could lose it.
