Can I apply for naturalization if i currently owe back taxes or will I get denied?

I am currently in a payment arrangement that is paid every month on time.

As long as you can show that you are in compliance and paying the owed taxes, you should be ok as far as naturalization application is concerned.  Make sure you have all the supporting documentation.  Please let me know if you have any additional questions or how I can be of further assistance to you in this matter.
