Can I be arrested for using someone’s debit card with their permission?
The card owner sent me to the ATM a couple times to get money so they could purchase drugs over a weekend but the following week reported the card stolen. They provided me with the card and PIN.

If the owner now claims that you did not have permission or authority to withdraw money from their account, then yes you may be arrested. Whether they will have enough evidence based on your version of events to convict you is impossible to determine at this point. Even though you will want to tell the police your version of what happened, it's still best not to answer any questions asked by the police without an attorney present.
