Can I be compensated after settlement of pedestrian accident in which I received a shoulder injury?
Now, 3 years later, my left shoulder nerve muscles are acting up again. I went to my doctor who informed me that it is recurring pain from the auto accident. I was struck by a car on my bicycle.

You won't be able to receive additional compensation because when the case was settled you signed a release of all claims which prevents you from taking future legal action. Also, a dismissal with prejudice was filed when the case was settled which prevents the case from being reinstated.
