Can I be evicted from my rental property for having visitors that have done no wrong?
The apartment manager is trying to have me evicted for having visitors that are not to her liking. She started harassing me after I had 2 friend of African-American decent visit me and she now says I am not allowed visitors and has threaten to report me to CPS just after having family visit can she do that.

You can only be evicted if you violate the lease in some way or keep disturbing the "peaceful enjoyment" of other tenants after notice (or warning) to stop. If the lease limits visitors in some way (e.g. how often, how long they can stay, etc.) and you violate those terms, that could provide grounds for eviction, but otherwise, if you have visitors who do not cause problems, that should *not* lead to eviction. Also, the law prevents racial discrimination in housing: threatening you with eviction after having African American friends may be illegal discrimination, and you may in fact have a cause of action against the manager. You may wish to discuss your situation with an attorney; if you cannot afford one, try contacting either Legal Services or some civil rights organizations, to see if you can get free legal assistance.
