I am from Europe here on a student internship with a 12 month training plan/agreement signed by me and my company. They never kept the training plan and I told my sponsor and they talked to my company but they got angry and told me to leave work early, then next day to be off and tomorrow I believe they will fire me. So the question is we have an agreement until 18th November to work for that company what can I do if they let me go?

If they fire you in violation or contravention of your contract, you could sue them for "breach of contract" for any costs or losses (lost pay; the value of an internship; etc.) you incur due to their violation of their contractual obligations.
