i went to work and on 12/20/2017 a lady i don’t know who she was in the parking lot, she was not wearing a badge to show that she work for the company yelling at me and saying you can not park there, i told her i was not parking just taking a picture of my car,she continue to telling me i cant park there, i was just parking my car to take a picture of my car. i ask her who she was but she was still yelling, she came over and said she was going to take a picture of my car, i told her not to but she insisted that she was going to take a picture, i took the phone out of her hand and throw it to the ground and ask her to leave me alone. we was not on the clock, After i find out who she was she was she is an Administrative Assistant so she request that i be fired. i think i was fired wrongfully. can you please let me know what to do.

Unless you had protection under the terms of an employment contract or union agreement, you were an "at will" worker. This means that you could have been fired for any reason or no reason at all, with or without notice. The fact is that a company can set the conditions of employment much as it sees fit (abesent some form of legally actionable discrimination).
