Can i claim additional injuries that I sustained as a result of the injury from an accident?.
I had rotator cuff repair surgery, I care for my 98 year old mother. During the rehab period, she fell and I had to lift her up off the floor. In trying to protect my injured shoulder, I pulled some muscles in my back and have had problems with my ribs dislocating. I have been going to a chiropractor for these injuries. Can i claim these expences too?l

Probably not. Not foreseeable and your intervening negligence by lifting your mother caused the aggrevated injury. Contact your lawyer.
