Can I exclude my stepson from inheriting all of my personal belongings?
I am still married to his mother and if I put this in a Will. Can I expect a reasonable outcome? This is if I pass away before her.

So long as you have a legal, binding will you can leave your belongings to anyone you want. You can also exclude anybody you want. Just be certain that no one has a reasonable basis to challenge your will, such as that you were under the influence of medication such that you were not in your sound mind.
