More than likely you can attach the inheritance when it is depositied in to a bank account. You probably can not intercept it like a tax return. Do you have a judgement for the arrears? I would probably consider taking him back to court and obtaining one so that you have something to file against a bank account or if he passes, collect against his estate. It all needs to be documented and recorded. Good luck.
