Can I file for bankruptcy more than once?
I filed back in 2003. We have been doing well until now. We are starting to not be on time with our second mortgage payment. What can we do?

Yes you can file for bankruptcy more than once. As for what you can do that is a question I am not really able to answer. Without knowing your financial situation or your income and net expense each month its difficult to provide a solution
If bankruptcy is the avenue you are contemplating you should consutl with a local attorney who handles these types of matters. They can review your financial situation and advise as to the best possible route to take at this juncture.
