Can I file for divorce in Mississippi?
I was married in mississippi, lived in
Mississippi once married, and in Jan 2019 i had
to flee from the home due to domestic violence.
I have been in Florida since, and he resides in
the home in MS. Am i able to file in MS? I see
the laws in that state are much more fair and
the process is easier too

A divorce can be filed in the state of residence of either spouse. Accordingly, you can file in MS since your husband is a legal resident of that state.
