Can I fill out a deed from a form on-line to add my wife as a co-owner on my condo or do I need an attorney to do it for me?

She needs to be able to go to homeowner’s meetings and vote as she knows what they are doing.

There are legal services all over the web.  But to best protect your interests as well as your wives I would consult with an attorney.  You also need to understand that you are legally changing the status of the property.  The deed needs to be filed as well.  Good luck.
