What to do if I was given 2 medications for 6 years but was never tested or monitored for blood by my doctor once?
The labels and directions clearly say that a patient needs to be monitored. Now I have bad liver inflammantion and possible disease after being taken off them.

Medical malpractice is an act or omission of a medical health professional that results in injury to their patient. If there were protocols that were to be followed while you were on this medication and they were not and it resulted in your injury then you could indeed have a claim. I would speak with an attorney as soon as you can on the matter. Good luck.
