After the second day of driving it, it overheated. I took it to 2 repair shops that said it was a broken head gasket.

If you purchased a vehicle from some third person who failed to disclose all known problems with the vehicle to you before the sale, you have the right to rescind the purchase (cancel it) and get all your money back. The problem lies with your burden of proving that the seller knew of the broken head gasket before the sale and failed to dislcose this material fact to you.
