There are certain conditions under the laws in the state of Michigan that grant emancipation with out going to court to request it.  Having a child is not one of those situations.  You could petition the court for emancipation but under Michigan law you have to 16.  Is there another adult that you trust that you can speak with about what is going on?  Or a social worker that is helping you with the issues surrounding the baby?  I ask because it may be  very good idea to get counseling help for all of you to deal with the situation.  This is both a wonderful and stressful time.  For all of you.  Good luck.
