You can't be fired simply for being pregnant. However, you may be fired if you are excessively absent, are absent without prior approval or without permission from uour employer, call out on too short notice or when the employer needs you to come in, violate company sick leave policy, etc. Therefore, if the firing was about how or when you called out, and not about the fact that you are pregnant, it could be legal.
