Can I get into trouble for hitting a traffick barrel?
I was going down the highway and I honestly wasn’t paying attention; it turns into a 1 lane due to construction. I hit the cone and it literally went flying but no one else got hit or anything so I just went home can I get into trouble for that?

You could--if the authorities saw you do this, or someone else did, also got your license, and reported you--be charged with some form of reckless driving (a traffic offense, not a crime).
If you were seen, etc. doing this and the barrel or anything it hit was damaged, you could theoretically be sued for the cost of the damage.
