Can I get my green card from my 6 year old son?
I’m a 39 year old mother who came to the US with my 2 daughters, when they were small. We entered the US by plane. (my husband came by plane as well) my older daughter violated her visa by a cuple of months. And my younger daughter still has 1 year left. Later on my 6 year old boy was born. He was born here, in the US. And I’m wondering if I could get my green card from him. Because I’d like to stay here and take care of him.

Unfortunately, he has to be 21 to petition for you. a 6-year old child can NOT file a family petition on your behalf nor can you use his birth as basis for adjustment of status
