Can I get on a deferred program after pleading guilty to larceny charge?
I am 19 and thought that I could explain myself to the judge and ask for a deferred program. However, instead she just said I was sentenced to 24 hours community service,12 months unsupervised probation and got a misdemeanor larceny charge, I do not want this on my record. What can I do?

Please, please, pleaes go and speak with a lawyer on this matter and see what can be done. Did you waive your right to an attorney? There ma be motion practice that needs to be done - if in fact it can be done - to open up the "conviction." Expungement could be an option but you have to wait 15 years.
