Can I get out of this speeding ticket?
I was pulled over for speeding recently on a road that the speed limit was 45. The officer said I was going 66, which my car has a speed warning which goes off at 55 mph. I realized my speed warning went off so I slowed down, this makes me know I was not exceeding 55mph. The officer also said the location of the crime was at a neighborhood entrance west of my neighbor and I was heading east on the road meaning I could not have passed the ‘location of the offense’. Is this enough to get me out of the ticket?

Although it is not possible to predict the outcome of a particular case or how a court will rule, you have raised a number of issues which will impeach the credibility of the officer and may be sufficient for a favorable outcome.
