Can I go in and take pictures of my property after I have served the current tenants with eviction notice?

They are still living there, and they do not seem to be going quietly, so I am concerned about the state of my property when they leave. I would like to document the current appearance of my property although they are still there.

You could enter for an legitimate reason such as to fix something or in an emergency.  But you can not enter to take pictures and once an eviction proceeding is commenced, entering for a reason that is not "legitimate" under the law would look bad for you.  If you have proeprly served then with notice which has expired then please: start an eviction proceeding.  Good luck.
