i had gone to mexico in Nov 2015 and on
my way back i got detained on the
botder when showing my documentsi was
not aware or warrant never got a notice
stating i had a warrant for my arrest
i did some jail time but then got
bonded put i am still wainting for a
court date, i wanted to go to mexico
sometime in March but im scared to
because i dont want to have problems at
the bord of entry like my previous
visit, so question is, Can i go to
Mexico and come back home USA without
any problems at the bord of entry?

The answer to your question is 'maybe.'  If you are stopped at an entry point and they run your criminal history or license, then the warrant may pop up and they could arrest you on the spot.  If they don't run you, then the warrant won't be exposed and you will be able to go back and forth without being arrested.  It would be better if you took care of the warrant before you-- so that you are not hindered by a warrant hitting you at an inconvient time.
