Can I kick my girlfriend out of my house if we have children?

I live in South Carolina. The children
will be staying with me. I just want her
to move out of my house. My name is the
only one on the mortgage she doesn’t pay
any bills or rent.

I would seek legal help asap if I were you.  If you were never married and there is no order or agreement as to custody, you do NOT have custody of your children.  Their Mother does.  I would seek help figuring that out along with having her leave the house.
