Can I legally break my 1 year lease because of constant bothersome ambulance visits?
There are 2 neighbors in my complex that have called for ambulance service on a regular basis (upwards of 4 a week, at all hours, over the first 4 months of living here). It has become quite bothersome and causes embarrassment with guests and lack of sleep. Can my landlord refuse refunding my deposit and not allow me to break my lease?

Based upon what you have written about unless your landlord knew about the problems with the particular tenants that you have written about concerning the ambulance issues and did not disclose this to you before you entered into your presumed lease, you have no legal basis to end it without recourse.
