Not without a court order or the agreement of your spouse: neither spouse can deny the other access to all parts of the marital (or a jointly owned) home. Obviously, you have a right to not be touched by your spouse if you don't want to be--if he or she does so against your will, that is assault--but you can't deny him/her access to all rooms.
