Under Texas law, your parents are responsible for your welfare until you are an adult. If you simply take off and live elsewhere with or without your parents' permission could subject them to liabilty under the laws of your state depending upon whether or not you attend school and live in a decent environment. I suggest that you consult with your local child support service.
