Can I petition for my second husband?
I was married for 13 years with my first husband and he became a permanent resident through my petition in Feb 2017 on our 11 year of marriage. We have divorced this year in Feb 2019 and I will be remarrying in July. My question is with me remarrying so soon after my divorce, will any of this cause issues with me petitioning for my second husband? Am I even eligible to petition him? How soon can I petition him?

It should not affect your ability to get remarried and to petition for your second husband assuming it is a bona fide marriage. make sure you have documentation of your initial petition and the specifics of when what petition was previously filed.
