Well it depends.  Some states - like New York - have specific statutes that allow for the discontinuation of spousal support when the receiving spouse co-habitates with another.  You have to check if Ohio has such as statute.  But more importantly you need to check your divorce agreement.  Many state that support will stop upon co-habitation.  You just need proof and to  make a motion to the court.  Good luck.
