Can I play a recorded phone conversation to anyone?
I recorded a phone conversation I had in Texas One party consent state. In the conversation the other party says things about someone’s actions that are not illegal but untrue. Can I play that conversation to the person who is talked about in the conversation?

So long as you were in a 1-party consent state and were a party to the conversation, then you could have legally recorded. At that point, you had and continue to have the right to play the convesation to whomever you want.
