Yes, you can: there is NO requirement whatsoever to have a lawyer for probate. (Obviously it's helpful, but helpful is not the same thing as required.) Courts generally provide information and even sample or template forms for non-attorneys to sue; here is a link to an AZ court website that appears to have helpful information and documents for you. You can also visit your county's probate court's clerk's office.
