Can I refile for a divorce if I still haven’t gotten my divorce?

I’ve been on a temporary alimony for almost 3 years. I haven’t received any increases, no cash assets, no pension benefits. Can I refile and get set alimony, half of spouse pension and half of cash assets?

Re-filing is not the answer here.  The question is why your case is not progressing.  But also understand that some divorces take a VERY long time.  If there are assets like lensions that need to be valued that can take time too.  Is it that you are not happy with your attorney?  Can you ask for a case status on the issues from him or her?  A detailed status?  If the other side is being difficult perhaps you need to get a conference before the Judge to help resolve outstanding issues.  Good luck.
