Can I rent my inherited home?

My aunt passed away 3 months ago and made me executor of her trust. She also left me 100% of her real property/house. She left 6 other beneficiaries (including myself) money. Since I am the new owner of the home, can I rent it now before the payout to the rest of the beneficiaries?

If title to the home that you inherited from your aunt is now in your name, you can rent it out. However, if it is not, you technically can rent it out as the the trustee under her trust where you would sign the lease as the trustee (landlord) and the beneficial owner under the trust with any potential tenant.
