Can I sue a bar for not checking ID’s?
I was attacked by a girl who was in a bar and was under age. I have permanent scars on my arm and have have been going to physical therapy for whiplash for about 2-3 months now. The girl had multiple Misdemeanor’s against her and was founded guilty. I had family, friends, co-oworkers, and clients present at the bar and lost reputation due to the incident. Can I sue the bar that this happened in?

You can sue the bar. The ID story is not relevant. The bar is supposed to create a safe environment for guests. They are responsible for what happens there. Did you make a police report? This will be critical.
