You appear to know that the statute of limitations on personal injury cases in California is two years. If you have not filed your lawsuit within that period of time and you were not a minor at the time of the incident that caused the injury, then I am afraid it is too late to sue now. If you were a minor, you would have 2 years after turning 18.
