Can I sue my ex for driving my car into parents’ house and not paying to repair the damages to either their the property or the car?
After we separated, he still borrowed my car to drive the kids to and from my parents house when they watched them while we were at work. Upon one of those instances he drove my car into their side of the garage. He them refused to pay for any damages leaving my parents and I to cover the cost. The car is solely in my name.

As the registered owner of the vehicle, you are liable for the accident.
You and your parents can file a single lawsuit against your ex for negligence. Damages (monetary compensation) you and your parents are seeking in the lawsuit would include the cost of repairs to your car and their garage.
