Can I sue an auto center for saying they perform a job that they did not?

I recently went to an auto center to have my car repair. They were supposed to do 2 things, wheel alignment and oil change. While I was driving back home I realized that they did not perform the wheel alignment, I called them they said they did but I can bring my car back the next day to check. I had another mechanic check the car for me and I realize they did not change the oil and the filter. Would I be able to sue them?

They should be reported to consumer affairs. You should also contacvt credit card company and stop payment.  As far as suing them, you probably could but you would need the other mechanic to come into court with you.  It is doubtful he would want to and if he did it may be expensive.
