Can my apartment complex tow my car out of the parking lot because my registration sticker is expired?
I have a special sticker on my car that identifies it as a resident.

If your vehicle has a sticker on it designating the vehicle as belonging to a resident of the complex, but the sticker had expired, most likely under the complex's rules/regulations and under your presumed written lease, the complex very well could be entitled to have your car removed from the complex.
In order to be sure, I suggest that you carefully read the presumed written lease that you have for the rental as well as all rules and regulations of the complex presently in force. Most likely the answer to your question will be there.
