Can my boss cuss at me over texts?

Is your treatment due to some form of legally actionable discrimination? In other words is it because of your race, religion, national origin, disability, age (over 40) or the like? Does it violate the terms of any applicable employment contract or union agreement? If not, then while unprofessioal, it is legal. As an at will worker your choices are to put up with this treatment, continue complain but risk termination, or quit.
