Can my boss deny 2 doctor’s requests for FMLA nd accomodations for ADA?

Also, can she request death certificates for all funerals I attend and suspend me without pay to attend jury duty? All this has occured since a new boss took over during the past 10 months.

She cannot deny FMLA and ADA if your company qualifies for FMLA and you as an employee qualify under FMLA.  As to funerals, she has absolutely no right to see death certificates; that is an invasion of privacy and that is simply personal time you are taking if you have personal time on the books. As to jury duty, every state is different on requirements. You can inform the court clerk it is not economically viable and can seek an excuse from attending.
