Can my daughter’s half-sister’s father take me to court to force visitation?

My daughter has a half sister through the mother. The father of the half sister has acted questionably lately, and I have stopped allowing my daughter to visit her half sister at his house. In response He has threatened to take me to court and force visitation. I was wondering if he had any right to take me to court and should I be worried.

So the children share a Mother, correct?  He has no legal right to force the visitation issue but the mother of your child does.  So in reality he will see the child anyway.  If his actions are as you say then I would speak with an attorney as soon as you can to discuss your options here.  Good luck.
