Can My employer file for work authorization or green card
I am F1 student out of status for almost a year.
I have a employer who can help me file for green card is that possible.
How can I regain my status in any way.
Is there a solution for this situation.

When you say you are out of status does it mean that you are no longer attending school or is your I-94 expired? If you are no longer attending school, perhaps the first step would be to try to reinstate your status if only to allow your employer to be able to file something on your behalf while you are in valid status.
