Can my employer record me and put it up on Youtube without my consent?

I work retail and my place of employment recently recorded a video of the store
for a video they posted up on their main Youtube channel. My face is now all over
their video, and I never agreed, or even knew about this happening. Can I do
anything about it?

You can sue your employer for invasion of privacy which is the appropriation of one's name or likeness for commercial purposes without consent.  Your damages (monetary compensation you are seeking in a lawsuit for invasion of privacy) would include emotional distress.
