My employer showed my payroll information to my father. I am 33 years old.

It is unprofessional, but not actually illegal, to disclose employee payroll information. For example, an employer could, if it wanted, make all salary, etc. information "transparent" and let everyone know what everyone makes. It's hard to see why the employer would do this--and if you then suffer from negative effect (e.g. somehow your father uses the information to commit fraud against you) you may be able to sue the employer for being negligent; but again, as a general matter, an employer may disclose salary information.
