Can my ex-husband change the insurance onour children after the divorce?
I would not have signed the divorce if I would have known he was going to decrease coverage.

Without looking at the actual wording of your decree, the most likely answer is "yes." Most divorce decrees merely require one parent to carry insurance, but don't specify the level, dedectible, or co-pay requirements. The decree will also usually specify that the parties are to split any medical expenses, like deductibles, that are not covered by insurance. If your divorce decree is different than the standard language, and it does require a particular level, then you could return to the court to enforce the divorce decree, like you would with any other support obligtion.
