Can my ex obtain my financial bills for doctors/dentist that I have taken my son to?

My ex and his wife have called every single doctor/dentist/psychologist/hospital etc my son has ever seen to see if there are any outstanding bills. They have obtained bills that are in my name solely. I am the financial responsible party, guarantor on the accounts. Now he’s trying to say that he paid an outstanding bill for my son’s surgery, 2 months ago, that I never received the statements for because the new wife has called and asked that financial information be sent to their address. I’m ready to pull my hair out. He’s saying that I’m screwing up his credit. Impossible, not his debt.

The best way to get the information you want from your son's health care practitioners and dentist is to call up each office and request copies of all documents as the son's mother. Follow up with a confirming letter to each professional while keeping a copy of such for your records. By doing such, you should get the information you want.
