We have just found out that we our expecting a child is their anything we can do to get out of the spring semester? You need to find out what the lawful occupancy limit is for a 2-bedroom apartment in your area. If 3 adults and a child are not legally allowed, you can be excused from your obligations under the lease. Right now you need to contact your zoning enforcement officer or housing authority.
If you do not exceed the legal limit, then you can be held to the full-term remaining on the lease uness you cn find a replacement tenant that is suitable to your landlord.
